Hoyas are an extremely sought after family of plants, due to their beautiful variety of unique flowers and leaves
We joined the Hoya craze in the early 2020s, and have found them to be so much fun to grow. Our main advice is to fertilise regularly when they are in active growth, and use a good free-draining mix. We like a mix of coco perlite and potting mix.
Expect the leaves to form up the length of a new shoot and then erupt open at the same time.
They will typically not grow much over the Winter months without grow lights and/or heating, but will take off in Spring.
